It’s SOO easy to relax comfortably in the status quo of what you think is “okay” and just doing whatever you feel like doing. In order to shift you out of giving your self/pride/ego the glory, honor and praise that’s exclusively due to God, you must submit to His standards, ways and thoughts. They are HIGHER than yours and are governed in God’s Truth by all Grace. To come out of darkness, you must embrace the LIGHT and in order to live in the LIGHT, you must submit to God’s Truth by All Grace… there is no other way (it’s unmanipulatible, lol)!
“Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have love, pity, and mercy for him, and to our God, for He will multiply to him His abundant pardon. For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:7-9 AMP
Get back to loving God with your whole heart, mind, soul and strength. Instead of obeying your self (which is always persuade by the father of Selfishness: Satan), get back to fearing God above ALL! This is your real home, rest, food and water for your soul! Every word that GOD has spoken out of His mouth shall not return to Him barren but shall accomplish that which HE pleases and purposes. Knowing that it’s His words spoken out of your mouth that have the real prospering ability, it befits you to exercise your ability to listen, obey and trust Him as opposed to your self/pride/ego. One WINS while the other perpetually LOSES (despite outward appearances).
