There’s nothing that you can do in your own unrenewed Self/Pride/Ego that would make you worthy enough for God’s blessings but there are things you can do to position your life to rightly handle (steward/manage) the things God has preordained to be in your life. This truth shifts the focus from “Self Works” to “Obediently cooperating with His Truth by Grace”…. there’s a difference!
“Likewise, you who are younger and of lesser rank, be subject to the elders (the ministers and spiritual guides of the church)—[giving them due respect and yielding to their counsel]. Clothe (apron) yourselves, all of you, with humility [as the garb of a servant, so that its covering cannot possibly be stripped from you, with freedom from pride and arrogance] toward one another. For God sets Himself against the proud (the insolent, the overbearing, the disdainful, the presumptuous, the boastful)—[and He opposes, frustrates, and defeats them], but gives grace (favor, blessing) to the humble. Therefore humble yourselves [demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation] under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you, Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.” (1 Peter 5:5-7 AMP)
If you’re experiencing frustration or failure in any area of your life, realized that that’s not the Father’s will. Instead of a force, His will is a flow of Grace in the Truth. When you choose God and His ways, you inevitably choose your own success, prosperity, purpose and passions fulfilled. Move out of the position of religious acts and into the place of a REAL relationship with the Holy Spirit. Don’t grieve him, choose to be sensitive to his leading, likes and dislikes. He is the Spirit of Truth and Grace. No matter what has happened up till this very moment. Realize your ability and power to make a change right now and just B! There’s Grace for right now and plenty of Grace in your future as you condition and refine yourself to love God’s absolute Truth! Decide on purpose to be ONE with the BEST!
