No matter how hard we try, it’s impossible to resist doing our “own thing” apart from God or even to resist what we know is wrong. We don’t have enough power in our self-will to do right on our own, but that’s why God gave us His GRACE! We’re not supposed to accomplish God’s perfect will on our own, we need Him and all His gifts with us every step of the way.
“But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.” (James:4:6-8)
Do you want to be successful in your God given endeavors and assignments? Then by Grace, bow down in submission to God, His Ways, His Word and His Will. NEXT, resisting the wrong things will become easy because God’s love will satisfy your appetite to where you’ll no longer have a taste or craving for anything that opposes His heart. The enemy is obliterated in that space because he can’t go that high. You completely transcend far ABOVE ALL as you flow with God. Enjoy the flow of success, progress and results that are the fruit of keeping God first in everything that you do. Remember, it’s always by His Grace! In Christ, you are the BEST so just B!
