Making and keeping an allegiance to The BEST (God and His ways) in order to B The BEST (Christ in us) means having to break commitment with the least or mediocre. Most times when we feel like we have “commitment issues” it’s really just that we’ve placed our heart in the wrong place away from the Truth. It didn’t happen overnight but the decision to turn back to the Truth can happen IMMEDIATELY, SUDDENLY and STRAIGHTWAY… that’s Grace! On the journey from the counterfeit ways of living to the REAL, we gain freedom in our minds and heart with every step of obedience to God that we take. Liberating CLARITY is our rich inheritance in this NEW LIFE as it breaks away the state of bewitchment that our imprisoning old ways once kept us.
“Are you ignorant of the fact that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were buried therefore with Him by the baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious [power] of the Father, so we too might [habitually] live and behave in newness of life. For if we have become one with Him by sharing a death like His, we shall also be [one with Him in sharing] His resurrection [by a new life lived for God].” (Romans 6:3-5 AMP)
As we allow the old to die and commit to B-ing the NEW, may we receive with joy the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. His love, strength and glory has the power to break us out of the the natural in order to thrive, flourish and prosper in the SUPERNATURAL ways of living.
