The voice of Oppression deceptively sounds just like your own reasoning and logic, always bringing up the past and using that as a measurement for your future. But because that voice is contrary to the Word of God, you must see with clarity that it’s sole purpose is to steal from you, kill your passion and destroy your opportunities. Would you voluntarily give a stranger a hammer to smash on your head or a gun to shoot into your heart? Then why on earth would you allow this ruthless spirit of Oppression to talk you out of believing God’s infallible words. It’s time to know who you really are through Christ:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the good news to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity], To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound].” (Luke 4:18-19 AMP)
God is not a human so it’s impossible for Him to lie. If He said it then He’ll make it good and perform all of that which He told you. He just needs your faith in Him and immediate obedience to His word. There are millions of influences in this world, but subject yourself only to the perfect influence of the Holy Spirit in everything that you do… WIN CHAMPION! Oppression is the nature of Satan, and since you have all power and authority over him through Christ, it’s time to crush his head with the absolute Truth.
